PetSmart Grooming

Copper was very comfortable and happy with Maggie doing his nails!

Booked a grooming weeks in advance because we go on vacation. Get a call after 7pm the night before to inform us they are canceling the appointment, 12 hours from the appointment time, and every other groomer is closed at this point. They didn't even try to help. Unacceptable. Lost all my business

Staff was extremely rude over the phone. They didn't inform me my pets vaccination papers weren't up-to-date when scheduling an appointment. Before walking two miles up there with my pet, only to be turned away because they weren't up-to-date. And instead of being apologetic for the miscommunication they decided to be belligerent. I could not suggest strongly enough taking your pets elsewhere if you value compassion.

I find the staff to be very helpful and kind. Conveniently open a bit later than other pet stores. I honestly don't like chain stores too much but the staff can only do what they can it's the whole chain that needs improvement (can say that almost about all the big chain pet stores tho...)

Tawny does such a great job with our Skye. She listens to our requests and does exactly what we ask. Skye seems happy when she's done.

Tucker did a really good job with our nervous, scared dog. 💜🐶 He trimmed our doggy's nails.

Excellent place for service I have a problem walking and have had to call for help getting my dog into the store they have been most accommodating. I thank them all for their help!
