Our dog was at least cleaned, however; they cut her nails to short that they were bleeding (didn't tell us this, saw when we got home) and they used a something too close to her that it literally burned her hind fur into a coarse matte (again, I was not notified of this as well.) Sadly won't be coming to this location again.
