With our dog, he is very difficult, to say the least for he was a rescue with a previous abusive owner and was kicked out of pets -mart for not cooperating and found ALL ABOUT PETS, the staff was wonderful and friendly and very accommodating and understanding . They work extra hard and our pup loves to see them. Always recommend them to others and will be a long time customer!

My first visit. I was very impressed with my initial phone call to the shop. Melissa definitely put me at ease. Took my pups in 2 days later. Everyone was so friendly and showed obvious concern for my dogs, asking details of what I’d like done. Nicole called 20 minutes prior to them being ready, as I had asked her to do. When I arrived she told me Goose and Ava had both done very well. Goose is a Bichon and she explained some details of what she had done to correct problems from my previous groomer to give him a good Bichon cut. Both Goose and Ava looked great. Thank you Nicole. Highly recommend these folks🥰.

I have 2 German Shepherds that I bring here and this is the only groomer they have ever gone to without being super dramatic at drop off and pick up. This place takes care of my dogs, listens and addresses any concerns, and are super helpful. They have even helped get tags on collars that we couldn't get on.

They are very kind and good at their jobs. I used to use a mobile groomer had a bad experience with them so this was the first time I took my fur babies to a brick and mortar dog groomer. They were scared and anxious as was I. I even called to check on them. They were kind and understood. My doggies did good and I was more than happy with the outcome. The price was more than reasonable also. I highly recommend them.

I have used All About Pets many times as a groomer and never had issues until a few months ago. I took my dog to be groomed and he came back with a few cuts on the edges of his ears. They also shaved so close to his his skin all the way around his jaw and it ended up turning in to scabs that took about a month to heal. Would not recommend.
