PetSmart Grooming

I buy here many times. But for the first time I felt so angry. The pink haired girl didn't seem happy to serve me. I wanted the fish I had chosen, but she took the fish I didn't want and didn't seem happy that I wanted to change it. No skill in picking up fish and taking a long time. Didn't even put air in my fish bag. I feel very upset, the service is very bad.

Very bad service at the hair salon. I left my shih tzu trusting that they would do a good job and they cut off all the hair on her head. In reality, they left her in a very bad condition. Instead of apologizing, the manager told me not to come back. Terrible service.

I scheduled with Denise at 5:00pm showed up to the appointment at 5:13 and she wasn’t able to groom my shih tzu claiming they had two call ins and can’t see you past 15 min late. I wasn’t 15 min late pretty close though but they were on the phones and didn’t get to me until 5:15. If it were up to me they wouldn’t even get one star.

Pretty bad experience. Won't be back. Paid for an expensive add on that we didn't get it but we're charged for it. When I brought it up the cashier was beyond rude. Not really sure they did anything we asked. We aren't terribly rich so stealing from our family wasn't a great look. Skip it and go to basically any other Petsmart you can.

Great gals very good to my rescue Barnum e even if he did not get his nails done he is a big boy (Anatolian Shepherd and Pyrenees mix,,)

Love it did great with my baby girl but what I didn't like is the cashier in the groomer place say oh what happened to her eye like I did that to her like she has a dry eye and is on medicine but still upset

Your website clearly says the store at I-240 & Service Rd is OPEN, but when you get here, they are CLEARLY CLOSED UNTIL 9 am.
