Petco Grooming

Michelle and her grooming crew are fantastic. They all know our pups and are always so wonderful while grooming them. I can't recommend them enough. Two of my girls HATE getting their nails done (think shrieking like banshees in a bog), but Michelle effortlessly trims their nails without much fuss. It's a dream to have someone you can trust to regularly keep your babies groomed. 💕

Not sure if it’s due to a lack of staff, but 4 of the last 5 times i’ve been in for a "walk-in" i’ve been turned away because they didn’t have time. Advertised as anytime walk ins but they might as well have us schedule a nail trim. The groomers are great though. I don’t want this review to negatively reflect on them, I think that it’s a fault on the business. In my handful of experiences (that I did receive services) they’ve been very kind to both my pup and I. They’re very patient and accommodating with my dog when she’s anxious. They’ve never accidentally hurt her either.

DON'T USE PETCO FOR GROOMING! They don't know how to groom a Doodle other than to shave them. They don't brush the coat out correctly so my dog is matted. Don't clean their ears and refuse to let you observe what they are doing. SHADY! Avoid them at all costs.

Karla is GREAT with my Dog Ringo and she is always engaging and she seems to be happy. Seriously give that gal a $Raise$!!

This is my second attempt with Petco grooming and I will never bring my dog back. This was the most expensive grooming at $121 and worst cut i’ve ever seen. My dog has patchy spots and looks absolutely ridiculous.

Madison is a fantastic groomer. She always calms my super anxious dog Bruce and makes it so easy to do what she needs to do. She’s very kind and great at her job.

Karla does a great job getting my dog Leo , bathed, cut and provides other services I request for Leo
