Osana's Pet Spa

I had a great experience at Osana’s Pet Spa in Olive Branch! They did a wonderful job grooming my Doodle, Kent. He looked fantastic when I picked him up. The staff was incredibly nice and polite, and you can tell they genuinely care about the pets they work with. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality grooming services.

I highly recommend all my fur baby friends, and anyone who’s looking to take their dog to a place where they can be trusted to hold your most precious gift. This would be the place. They always do a great job with my clover and they never disappoint.

Today was our first trip to Osana’s Pet Salon, but will now be a regular for us. The team at Osana’s was so soothing, gentle, and loving to our golden doodle who was having her first trip to the groomer. They walked through the different cuts they recommended and asked about our preferences for her as well. Not only does she look amazing, but they were so great with our two kids who wanted to watch their pup finish her first cut. Our family is very impressed with the care and grooming process and will definitely be back for many, many more. #doodlelife

Love this place … I took my golden to them over a year ago when he was just a few months and they cleaned him up really good. Currently taking our 5 year old Shitzu ( Benny ) to them and he always looks and smells so good after his services . Always very pleased

My dog an English golden retriever (white golden) was groomed a full groom. She is 1 year old. I will say she has been groomed quite a few times in her life. First time for this salon.. I was so surprised how beautiful this dog looks. She’s never looked this beautiful. Every thing was perfect.. she was deshedded and hygiene cut with feet and feathers cut. She smells so good and was in my opinion perfect! Wow we will be using them monthly for her baths . I recommend them highly.

I’ve been using Osana’s for years. They always take great care of both of our dogs. Osana’s team is always courteous and friendly. I recommend them every chance I have.

I absolutely wish I could leave Osanas 5 stars. I love the results on my Shih Tzu from my visit yesterday. He looks like a completely different pup, but in a good way. I am totally satisfied with his grooming. He’s not traumatized or in shock, and is functioning like his normal happy self. I also love that Osanas sends out plenty of appointment reminders and also a follow up message to see how your appointment went. My reasoning for leaving 3 stars is very personal. Firstly, as a local guide, I enjoy taking pictures of many different establishments to give the community better insight on what that specific business has to offer. As I was in Osanas, I loved how cute the salon was and began to take pictures of the many things I liked. I did snap a few pictures of my pup as he was being groomed, because he’s my new fur baby and I was very excited. The young ladies doing the groom then got very awkward and had rude looks on their faces. One of them approached me and asked me to stop taking pictures and especially not with her face in anything. I hate that they ASSUMED that I was taking pictures of them, their entire demeanor was off (But if you look at the pictures attached, I definitely made sure to only have my pup in there, and not them) but I said "sure, I understand" I then left to sit in my car because I was uncomfortable at that point. After waiting for 3 hours in the car, I went in to check on my pup, and the young lady started saying, "Ma’am! Ma’am! Ma’am!" As soon as I walked in and looked around.. as if she was saying, what do you want? Why are you in here? It made me feel very uncomfortable.. I went back out to my car. My final reason for giving three stars is what makes me want to give 0 stars! My step father passed away about 3 months ago and the shih tzu was his baby! He took great care of him and loved him dearly. I was unaware that his family had no one to care for the shih tzu and about a month ago I decided to take him in. I scheduled an appointment for him to be groomed with Osanas right away, because I realized he was quite furry and had been matted pretty bad. The appointment was canceled due to the weather. I booked again immediately and he was seen yesterday. What I originally booked an appointment for was a groom and de-shed. After they had got him ready on the table, the young lady informed me that he would need to be completely shaven. And that the total would be $100, versus the $65 I was originally told. I was fine with it, but didn’t like the fact that they already started the shaving before informing me of the price difference. I was glad I had the extra cash anyways as they were not taking any card payments. The young lady who told me this came off as rude/blunt and was not personable at all. After my puppy was done, I was very happy to see him, but the young lady made me feel terrible that I had not gotten him from my step fathers family sooner. She lifted up the coat that was matted and shaved from him and bluntly/rudely was saying that it was the worse case she has ever seen in her life. I felt terrible and only thought about how my step father really did love this puppy and how he is no longer here with us. I felt as if I was being judged although I have not even had my puppy long and immediately took him in for service. They were not friendly to me at all and I felt very uncomfortable during my visit. I am happy with the results, but in the future, please don’t be quick to judge people when you have no idea of the situations tied to the reasons their animals need groomed.
