The only groomer my Shih Tzu puppy Jimmy goes to. I am sure he can be a handful sometimes, but Chris always does a nice job on him.

My family has been taking dogs to Audrey's since she was grooming out of her house. Audrey and her team are amazing to work with and have always treated our dogs with care. Gianni, specifically, grooms my Shih Tzu, and does a great job!

Friendly and efficient. We love it here. Some before and after photos (not posed, sorry!) Our little guy has 2 looks: scruffy and adorable which is the "before", and then so fresh and clean and handsome!

First time here.. Just want to thank you for taking care of our 14 year old toby. You did a wonderful job and he smells great.

They did a great job with both our dogs. Reasonably priced and seemed to care. Totally recommend them.

Been taking my mini labradoodle here for 10 years. Chris is awesome. Just be sure to make your next appointment when you pick up your dog so you can get in easier on their schedule.

I had a deeply distressing experience with Pet Grooming By Audrey LLC. After a few weeks of ER visits and finally being admitted to the hospital for several days, I had a co-worker checking in on my dogs. Since one of my dogs was overdue for grooming, I needed a groomer urgently and brought him to Pet Grooming By Audrey LLC. From the moment I dropped him off, I felt uncomfortable with the blank stares I received from the staff. Sadly, being a Black male, this reaction didn’t surprise me. I was told my dog would be ready by 1 p.m., but I never received a call. When I reached out to check on my dog, the manager said he was "underweight" and his coat was "extremely matted." I explained that I was aware of the matting—that’s why I brought him in to be groomed—and informed her that his weight is due to a medical condition he’s had for years. To my shock, she told me they had no intention of notifying me further and that they had already contacted the Nebraska Humane Society, accusing me of "neglecting" my dog. My dog was placed in the shelter based on these false claims, leaving me fighting for his custody. My dog is also my emotional support animal and has been with me for nearly three years, well-cared for despite his medical challenges. I feel I was unfairly profiled due to my race, which ultimately led to these damaging assumptions and actions. The owner even mentioned that this was her "second time" doing this, and "of course, it’s with a Black person." I’ve since contacted legal assistance and the Better Business Bureau. If you love and care for your pets, don’t bring them here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
