PetSmart Grooming

I have brought my dog here multiple times before, but the service I experience today was beyond poor. The service team stated my dog was ornery and required multiple employees to control him. I’m sure he was anxious, but up charging my services $25 to trim nails is absurd. Not only that, but I specifically requested he not receive the furminator treatment as we do it at home. When I came to pick up my dog they went ahead and did the furminator treatment without prior notice - another $30 up charge. My dog was anxious when he returned home and I ended up paying $113 for something that should have been $70. Incredibly disappointed with the service we received and will be going elsewhere for future grooming. 2 star review only because his butt look nice.

Just drove clear across town to take my dog to get groomed just for them to tell me to tell me, I have to wait 48 hours after her shots before she can get groomed, Even though I strictly told them on the phone, I just took her in for shots when I scheduled the appt. Biggest waste of time, gas, and miles on my car. Should’ve listened when everyone told me to stay far away from this place.

YOUR MONEY WILL BE BETTER USED AT A BETTER GROOMER. I have been coming to petsmart for years now for their grooming services. I usually pay about $99 for the furminator package while also getting her nails grinded. The past few times they have severely declined in quality of service. It’s embarrassing the quality you receive when you take your dog home from their spa day at pet smart. Your money will be way better spent at any other groomer than here. The last visit, her nails didn’t even get grinded and now I have to take her somewhere else. But also I just spent $100 for the service of her getting a bath. That’s all it was, ZERO BRUSHING. NO NAIL GRINDING. Nothing just a bath. Embarrassing. To speak about the last visit,

Didn’t have a good experience. Two out of three of the staff were rude to me, the guy that groomed my dog and the lady at the register. When I came to pick my pup up, he looked scared, his pupils large and he was scratching at the gate to get out. He’s never done that before. Not sure why but the customer service wasn’t what I’m used to getting from PetsMart Grooming. Disappointed to say the least. I’d like to talk to the manager.

Even though our BamBam would not allow the full lion cut, the groomer did an amazing job being patient and knew when to stop as he was having really bad anxiety. She took care of the knots we needed her to, first when she saw he was not going to tolerate the entire cut, and we appreciate that.

This was a life saver for our cat Romeo. He had been bitten two different times about a week apart. He wasnt as fast the second time where he was snatched up and shook. This caused severe damage to his rear, hip, and tail area. Resulting in weight loss over his first birthday. The dog is still at large. This is a cat that has gone from a very active status being an advid hunter to one that gets to the litter box once a day. Taking him into PetSmart with their knowledgeable staff who did care. Showing me what to do for my cat. Starting with a program of betterment with first developing a plan. Using practically no money to start I have a long road to cover to provide everything Romeo truly needs. yet they we positive and flexible to discover what I was able to buy in their services to start on this road to recovery. What a blessing for our cat. He's been treated for his infection. he's got another appointment in a couple weeks... thank you PetSmart!

I told the groomer exactly what I wanted and they did the complete opposite. The cut was uneven, came back with matting that wasn’t there when I brought him in, I HATED the way he looked and will never bring my puppy here ever again! I could have done this cut myself with an eight guard over his entire body.
