I took my dog in for a bath and paid double to add on a nail grind. When I picked my dog up her nails had very clearly been clipped but not ground, and she kept shaking her head and scratching at her ear. The shaking and scratching evolved into an ear infection, which PetSmart refused to help me take care of, instead trying to shift blame to anyone but them. Do not bring your pets here if you care about them.
Great to see someone caring for the beautiful birds. Grat speaker and lots of history
Love this location! The staff are so kind and friendly. The layout is nice and the store is always clean. Plus, they do fun promos for the holidays.
Pigs ear had green and mold on it it was super bad
Just spent 20 minutes waiting for help in the fish department. Asked for a manager because the cashier said she was alone. After 20 minutes of waiting went to petco.
This place is a great. Their groomers are fantastic
