Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique

Im so sad! I would’ve rather gotten a call asking me to pick up my dog rather than having him shaved to the bone…. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance, drove from Kansas City to Omaha only to have the appt canceled just five minutes before. I waited another week, brought my dog in at 10 AM, and by almost 3 PM, they hadn’t even started on him. After being in a kennel for five hours, he was buzzed to the bone! This establishment should not be open; one very inexperienced groomer was stacking appointments back-to-back while dogs were kenneled It was a horrible experience, and now it's going to take months for my dog's fur to grow back.

I normally shave my dog myself but I decided I needed a break and I would take her to go get it done. 2 different people looked at my dog upfront no one told me that there was matting that I would be uncharged for upfront I was told when I picked her up. If I would have known that upfront I would have just taken her home and done it myself. They told me because my dogs hair was as curly it was going to need to be shaved shorter. That’s fine I cut it longer myself but if that’s what they need to do that’s fine that’s not what I’m mad about. It’s not even even if you look at the first picture I’ve included and look at her chest there’s a massive bald spot. It’s not even with the rest of her body along with there being a bald spot on her leg. For reference I included 2 pictures from shortly before she got her hair cut. There was no matting on her chest for there to now be a massive bald spot there. I paid over $100 for this haircut and am incredibly disappointed I do a far better job myself and will be going somewhere else the next time I take her somewhere to be groomed.

Max and Jack had a wonderful experience. They were both finished in a timely fashion. It’s such a friendly atmosphere. Recommended by our neighbor's and we are definitely going back. Actually have returned appointments scheduled.

Took our 3 month old mini Goldendoodle for a bath and light trim. They were all so gentle and kind to us. I was nervous but they took their time to help him get acclimated to the process. Going back in two weeks for another Spa day!!

Great experience all the way around! Buddy, who is usually nervous of new people and places, was very comfortable from the minute we walked in. The cut was perfect, he looks great for Holiday pictures. Communication was clear and accurate, took a little less time than they thought. I will definitely be back!! It’s hard to find good grooming, so glad Splash and Dash is here!😊

Chapo had an amazing time at Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique! The girls were so good with him, and showed him so much love! He came home in such a good mood! You can tell he felt special and fresh and clean! Thanks again! Highly recommend!!

Our 8 month old Aussie Doodle Archer looks like a million dollars thanks to Katrina and Charly. He is accustomed to his bathing and haircuts. I highly recommend Splash and Dash 👌👍🙌
