PetSmart Grooming

My pet mocha was cut in the ear by the groomer Savannnah on 5/19 and was taken to an emergency vet where we waited 6 hours to see a doctor and got home past midnight all due to this unfortunate situation. She now is more anxious and will require sedation for future visits since she now is scared to be touched in her face since she was cut is not trusting. I am saddened that this happened since I have been a loyal costumer and always use Petsmart grooming. They did not charge for the groom and they covered vet expenses but 6 hours at the vet!!! This is crazy and her groom is incomplete and no contact from the store since the incident. In the photo you can see her poor ear.

Had my boy Benjy groomed by Savannah... She did a awesome job, got my boy looking oh so spiffy, she had high praise for him as well. She cut him better than I expected, and he wasn't traumatized by the process either. She will be my go to groomer this day forth. 7/7/24

My Kitty needed a bath, and nail trim was included. I had an appointment in the area, and they kindly kept her until it was over. (note: I made arrangements ahead of time). Be sure to make an appointment!
