The Clip Joint Pet Grooming

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. My ragdolls went for a full grooming package -- bath, Lion hair cut, nail clipping, ear cleaning --> they came out looking raggedy like they had been sheared sheep. They had very clearly not been bathed. They smelled like pungent oil, not shampoo. What happened to the Lion cut? What happened to the bathing? Why is there a bunch of short trimmings all over my cats and now all over my clothes? I just don't appreciate being promised one thing over the phone and being delivered a different service. It feels like a bait and switch. That's bad business. The staff were nice enough but the product is not as promised. My cats were both clearly distressed after getting back, hiding behind the couch and avoiding me. This is NOT normal behavior for them. Makes me wonder is something bad happened during grooming. I don't recommend anyone to bring their pet here.

We have 3 cats who have had fleas we just couldn’t get rid of (on multiple occasions) and the heroes at the Clip Joint were the only people who could ever get rid of them. So many pet groomers wouldn’t even take them, but the Clip Joint had no issues and was always affordable, especially for the services we were receiving. Complete with adorable bandanas!

If you’re looking for a great groomer, look no more. I always have the best experience at The Clip Joint Pet Grooming. I appreciate that they open as early as 9am and love to snag that appointment for my 2 kitties BabyG and Gorda. You can see the passion in the work they do not only with the quality of the wash and cut but also with the love they show the pets that walk though the door. It is a family business that makes you feel like family too. I was won over with they way they spoke to the pets too like part of the family. This team are amazing. Mr Moose is happy to be clean and smelling like a French doggie... he is not French, obviously, but he sure looks handsome and he sure smells fine! I am a Board & Train Trainer. All my clients dogs go to this wonderful team. Professional and caring and they will listen to your personal needs.

I just love this place. Their prices are reasonable and the owners are such lovely people! They are so caring! They took such good care of my sweet babies.

Finally found our groomer! I knew from the first phone conversation that the Clip Joint family was the right choice. Everyone there is so nice and they were so sweet and gentle to my dog. She finally got the right haircut for her breed! She smells great and is so clean. I will be a repeat customer.

Everyone is so nice and professional. They seem to really enjoy their work and the pups. I will definitely be back in for my girls.
