I can’t say enough great things about Renee - we have two pure bred Yorkies who require a lot of grooming attention - we tried a number of different groomers around town but no one gets them just right like Renee. She treats them like they’re her own and makes sure to get every little detail just right. Renee brings a high level of expertise outside of grooming as well - she’s helped us with training ideas, products to keep up with grooming at home and now our dogs go regularly for day trips & boarding to play with their new pack & socialize. They love it and my wife & I both know they are under excellent care. Highly recommend - if I could give more stars, I would!

Cupcake and I love Renee! Since moving back to Orlando I have struggled to find competent people to take care of my fur baby. I thank my lucky stars that I found Renee. She is a very caring, compassionate master groomer. I’m very fortunate that Renee also does boarding. I o longer worry about leaving her in someone else’s care. BTW, 10 stars wouldn’t be enough. She’s that good!

Ms. Renee is an awesome, helpful and very knowledgeable groomer. I took my dog Zoey to her for a full groom and ear cleaning. Ms. Renee did an amazing job on cleaning the hair & wax out of Zoey's ears. I thought I would have to take Zoey to the vet with how bad her ears were. Thanks to Ms. Renee, Zoey's ears are hair & wax free!! Can't wait to return for our next visit!!!

We have been to a bunch of grooming salons in the Orlando area and were not happy with the service and Benji was always stressing out. First time at Renee's and she is amazing, great with Benji and a people's person. The quality of her service and knowledge of what she is doing is awesome. Benji is a little bit difficult but she made him feel right at home. We are so glad we found you and we'll be seeing you every two weeks from now on. Thanks for everything.

Renee did such a phenomenal job grooming my 2.5 year old golden retriever, Bear. ! I was beyond impressed with the service she provided! Not only did she do an amazing job on the grooming, but she also sent me updates and pics of my boy and how he was doing throughout the entire time he was there. I am definitely going to see Renee in a regular basis! She is absolutely amazing!!

Here is my Lucy after a spa day with Miss Renee, she's a little tired but wanted to get a picture of her freshly done up. On our first visit, Renee was very welcoming and took extra time to discuss the options for grooming Lucy's coat and what look we wanted to achieve. Put her on the table and we agreed on the final look. She was done quickly ( less than 3 hours) and her price is very agreeable. We can't wait to visit again in about 8 weeks.

We had a wonderful experience with Renee. She is fantastic to work with. I have always groomed my dog myself so this was her first trip to a groomer at 4 yrs old. Renee was great with her and it was such a relief to have her in a shop not packed with waiting dogs. She accommodated my requests and truly did a great job with the Australian Labradoodle cut.
