The Purple Pooch Bakery Boutique Groomer

I came in looking for bakery items for my dog’s birthday and was really excited to get a cake. Unfortunately, I noticed bugs on one of the cakes in the display case and immediately pointed it out to the employee working there. That completely turned me off from purchasing anything from the cake selection. I decided to give it one last chance and bought a cupcake instead. When I got home and opened it, it was also filled with bugs. While the woman working there was kind and polite, this experience was extremely off-putting. I later learned that the bakery items are not freshly made in-house but are shipped in, which I wish I had known beforehand. I would never recommend purchasing any baked goods from here. If I had known all of this ahead of time, I wouldn’t have bought anything at all.

My Sheila Roo can be a handle full but with Genevieve’s help and her talent she’s always able to provide excellent and professional work!! My big princess will be getting her monthly grooming from now on! 🐶🥰

Shadow has been going to purple pooch for over 7 years now and we’ve always been very happy with the services there. We always get a full groom and she always looks and smells fantastic for days afterwards. The front desk liaison Jackie is great with the dogs and always remembers them by name. Leo was her groomer today and did a fantastic job. One thing I always love when I go to pick her up is what type of scarf Shadow will be rocking. Today, I was so pleasantly surprised to see a Valentine’s Day inspired scarf with the cutest jewel on her. I couldn’t help but think how bejeweled she looked (thanks Taylor Swift!)

They are always friendly, take amazing care of my mini poodle! I also can't thank them enough for what they did today for me. I had to "rush" them due to a medical reason and asked if they can finish the service by a certain time (gave a tight time). They understood and took care of my dog right away. I can't recommend them enough!

I’ve been taking my dogs here for almost a decade, but the service has significantly gone downhill. I gave this place three chances. First, I dealt with an aggressive and rude concierge who tried to ban me simply for saying I wasn’t happy with my dog’s haircut and even made threats to cut his hair completely off. It appears that employee was later fired. More recently, my dog was left sitting in his own urine, and when I addressed it, an employee told me it wasn’t their job to clean it. This last visit was the final straw. I was offered a free bath due to the previous incident, but watched a groomer aggressively brushing my dog, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I immediately took my dog and left. I’m done with this place.

Always a great experience I needed a groom asap for my labradoodle and they did an amazing job and fit me in quick. He looks so cute with his fresh cut!

The grooming took about an hour. I asked for a mini groom, teeth brushing, deshedding, and nail clip/ file. My dog couldn’t have looked any better!!! He looked nice and clean. He even smelled amazing, and the scent was not too strong. The staff was patient and kind with my dog. I definitely appreciate that. His Halloween bandanna was the cherry on top! 👌🏻 Thank you Purple Pooch Bakery Boutique Bakery!
