Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming O-Town West

This Woof gang Bakery and grooming location is wonderful! Thus far all of the staff here is super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and fully stocked at all times! I drove 30 minutes to this location because the location closest to me is not the same level of service and never has the treats my dog eats in stock. The front desk people are all so sweet and we’ve especially liked our groomer Jennifer the last few visits! I highly recommend this location for grooming, treats and supplies!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Grooming Experience! I had such a great experience at this grooming place! They took wonderful care of my Pomsky Chicago, and she came out looking so happy and clean. The staff didn’t just groom her — they actually taught me how to take better care of her coat at home. They explained the type of brush I should use and helped me understand her double coat and how to maintain it, especially since she gets tangled so easily. Their kindness, patience, and knowledge made such a difference. I’m so impressed with how she looks, and she clearly feels great too. I’m really grateful for their help and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! Thank you Rebecca & Sam 🫶🏼

This is Atlas's favorite kind of day! Spawday🐾 The groomers are wonderful with my service dog they generally care for the dogs experience and appearance. Everyone takes pride in their work, front desk is exceptional work customer experience. Atlas loves them all!

Staff was friendly to not only the customers, but also the animals (as you would hope!) I watched how they interacted with the dogs coming in to be groomed, they listened to the pet parents request, asked clarifying questions and ensured they were doing what was best for the animal. This is a small space and while they do have a store front with cute treats for dogs, their primary focus at this location seems to be the grooming. They do not have a dedicated cat section like you will find at the Celebration location. That was my main reason for stopping in because Celebration has treats my cat loves.

Just picked up my babies 🐶🐾 8th birthday cupcake! The team member was super helpful, when I asked about the ingredients of the birthday treats! Woof gang is always my go to, for Charlie’s birthday treats!

We just moved to the area and I was worried about finding a good groomer for our English bulldog Sami. But let me tell you, Woof Gang did an amazing job. My little girl was so happy to go in and had an amazing day at the spa! Already booked her next appointment and bought lots of the cool treats they had in there as well. I even got her a collar to match her donut treat 😍🍩

Dallas has been coming to the salon since a puppy. She has been there three times. She is only 7 month old mini Bernedoodles. She is so happy going and coming from the salon. She loves them all. Great job everyone. She looks magnificent when she leaves. They have her in and out so she never becomes stressed out.
