I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place I could trust with my girls, and I’m so glad I found this one! Teddy did an amazing job with both of them—she listened carefully to what I wanted and followed my instructions perfectly. She was patient, gentle, and so sweet with my energetic girls. The front desk staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly for their grooming!

I always bring my dog here for a full groom with Teddy, and she consistently does an amazing job. I am always very satisfied with how she cuts and styles my dog’s hair, and you can tell she truly cares about the animals she works with. Teddy is professional, kind, and has such a warm, welcoming attitude that makes every visit a great experience for both me and my dog. Because of her excellent work and genuine care, I will definitely continue coming back. Thank you, Teddy, for always taking such great care of us.

The most unbelievably kind, helpful, efficient and genuinely caring service I have ever had at a pet store! The crew at this location is second to none and will go above and beyond to find any product you need. They now have a new customer for life. Only fault is that they are New England patriots fans. But I’ll overlook that for the phenomenal service 🙂

Every time I come to Florida I have to stop and get my baby groomed here and of course get her some nice treats from their selection of dried treats!

Took 8 yr old Pom. Requested no lion cut and trim dew claws and gentleman acknowledged knowing what dew claws are. Dew claws not touched. Choppy rushed cut. Legs not feathered and uneven. Hair between toes not trimmed. Butt not trimmed - had to ask groomer to come to lobby to trim her butt. Belly shaved spotty. I actually thought my husband tried a home trim and was tricking me about a professional groomer.
