Barkley and Rocky had another great bath & brush with Jon to celebrate Barkley's birthday, he's always great with them and is very caring towards them

Clipped our dogs nails well past the nerve they stopped the bleeding there and didnt tell us but once we got home they started bleeding again and we called back they said "oh yea there was some blood". Never informed us and told us to sedate our dog next time. For reference we have taken our dog to multiple people they always use a drill and never seem to have a problem now all of a sudden we switched to petsmart now he is the problem. Interesting. Wash your dog yourself if you cant afford a mobile grooming service or a service you trust never going back to Petsmart again.

The customer service was good, but I’m not sure they even washed my dog. Paid for full service to have her come back with just the nails barely trimmed and maybe some perfumy stuff sprayed on her. I hope they are nice to her too…

Fast & easy, we did errands then shopped at their store. Staff was excellent & caring. Thank you!

The rep from Blue Buffalo was there and she helped me select items for my new puppy. She was very helpful.

Our dog was always treated well and was always relaxed.,
