I have been taking my little dog to this store for almost two years. He was always attended by Sam, a very charming girl. Since she left the Service has been terrible. I have not received my dog twice. The attention has been rude. First they did not receive my dog because he "had made my appointment wrong" which seemed strange to me but I accepted it. The girl made me another appointment right there on the spot for 11am. Today I take my dog and the same girl told me that they did not make appointments right there, that she did not remember, that she could not cover it. Then they said the appointment was 1 hour 30 minutes later. guess? I am going to take my dog again 15 minutes before the "appointment". guess? Nobody received the dog because the girl is "having lunch". So here I am waiting to be attended to. This is very irritating because I have always been a customer of this store, because I am afraid that they will take bad care of my baby. I tried calling the manager Samantha and she's not there. So who should I talk to? where is the good customer service? Why play with someone else's time? why the abuse? What did we do to you, girl from the reception? It's the last time I go to this place, also they did a terrible grooming in my dog. I am very disappointed.

Unprofessional, They are not trained to handle dogs here go els where if you care about your animal.
