If you have a large breed dog beware - they cannot accommodate them correctly & will try to charge additional fees. I have been using PetSmart Grooming for my Great Dane since she was a puppy at various locations across the US. My partner brought her in to be groomed at the Palm Coast location and they said that due to her size they would have to charge an additional $15 for express service because the kennels they keep the dogs in are too small to accommodate her. Never in her 10 years has this ever happened, and if this is a known issue at their location why would they allow large breed dogs to be booked? I booked this reservation 24 hours in advance and when they left a voicemail to confirm her booking they never mentioned that they couldn’t accommodate her fully. I will never bring her back and will find another groomer.
Great service. My mini schnauzer looked great after Niki groomed him. Highly recommend.
Good groom. Nails a bit sharp. We ask for grind, but i think they clip.
Kate is the best for nails!! she gets them really short and she’s quick.
Always have the items I need. Staff very helpful.
