DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE – They butchered my dog’s haircut. I brought my bernedoodle in for a teddy bear cut and left very clear instructions. My dog’s coat was beautifully grown out, and I emphasized that I did not want it shaved. When I came back to pick him up, I was absolutely devastated. They had completely shaved his entire body, leaving him patchy, uneven, and unrecognizable.This was not a small misunderstanding — this was complete negligence and a total disregard for what I asked. My dog’s coat will take months to grow back, and the emotional toll this has taken on both of us is no joke. This was not just a bad haircut — it was a total violation of trust.This business should not be allowed to operate on animals if they cannot follow basic grooming instructions. I’ve posted the before and after photos to show the damage they caused. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you care about your pet, DO. NOT. BRING. THEM. HERE. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and any other relevant regulatory bodies.

This was my Puppies first groom, I thought he would do terribly, but it turned out very well. I am very pleased. I will continue to go to Lucky dog or have Lucky dog come to me. I really love that part.
I loved this place I took my 3 chihuahuas I usually don't like leaving my babies because they have a separation anxiety but I saw the way the ladies and gents were handling my babies like they really enjoyed the job and the interaction with the doggies it made me comfortable leaving them. When I got them back they smelled really good they were nice and soft
