Taylor has been grooming Ollie now for 5+ months after my husband and I finally decided we were tired of doing it ourselves and were so glad a neighbor recommended her! She does so good with our anxious boy! She’s which, brings him back smelling and looking great!
Our five year old Silver Blue Chow girl loves Taylor who has been grooming her (we call it "styling") since she was about 8 months old and they have a fine and easy relationship. We trust Taylor with our beautiful Dora and while many groomers feel angst about being with Chows, Taylor embraced the idea of her early on and we are so grateful. We highly recommend her.
I have been very pleased with the groomers and their skill. My dogs are so happy and like the groomers. Emily was excellent with them and overall it was a great experience.
Taylor was very pleasant to work with. Communication was top notch and scheduling was smooth. We have a border collie and an Australian Shepard and they both looked beautiful after their grooming. I didn't have to do much other than lead my dogs into the van. Excellent service!
I had my dog groomed here for the first time, and while I wasn’t completely satisfied with the initial haircut, I have to say I was so impressed by the level of care Taylor showed. After sharing my concerns, she took the time to explain everything and really listen to what I was looking for. To my surprise, she even offered to redo the haircut and make it just right. When I picked him up, he looked absolutely adorable! It really showed how much she cares about both her work and the pets she grooms. I have a lot of respect and admiration for her professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!
My golden retriever is always looking and smelling amazing after her grooming sessions. I have noticed my dog be less stressed with grooming since they come directly to your house and only work with your dog at the time. I highly recommend.
I love Taylor, she was quick and pampering as best she could do with my bad boy! She promised to come back, even after he was a scaredy cat with her, she actually said he was a bad boy, he just hates being groomed especially on the back side 😢We are so pleased she agreed to come back and groom our other two doggies and continue to work with our Ollie boy! Highly recommend!!
