Trust me, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your fur kid is in good and professional hands. You can tell LA Pet Home more than loves dogs, great care and consideration is their passion. I’ll definitely be back.

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you love your dog, stay away from this grooming salon. They do whatever they want without your consent, and your pet will suffer because of it. Never coming back. This was the WORST grooming experience I have ever had. I brought my 11-month-old Maltipoo puppy for a short haircut, NOT to be shaved completely bald. Without ANY discussion, without ANY warning, and without my permission, they shaved my puppy down to the skin. This is absolutely unacceptable. Any professional groomer KNOWS that you do NOT shave a Maltipoo bald unless there is a serious reason — and even then, you MUST speak to the owner first. They didn’t even try to contact me. They just made the decision on their own. The result is heartbreaking. My puppy is clearly traumatized. She is not acting like herself at all. She doesn’t play, doesn’t move, doesn’t even want to go outside. She just lays on the couch all day. She doesn’t bark, doesn’t eat normally — it looks like she is in a state of depression after how she was treated. This is not just a bad haircut — this is careless, irresponsible, and completely disrespectful behavior. I trusted them with my puppy, and they violated that trust completely.

I felt devastated, and my puppy’s condition after the grooming was even more concerning. He was clearly stressed — he did not eat, did not drink, did not play, and did not even want to go outside the entire day. No pet should be treated like this, and no owner should experience this. This place lacks proper communication, care, and basic professionalism. I would never trust them with my pet again

Don’t go to this grooming store!!!!! They cut my little 5lb dog so badly I had to rush her to urgent care and she had to get stitches. They never bothered to call me and tell me what they did. In face when they told me ready they texted me not to rush and take my time. They told me they have a vet technician on site but how the hell do they determine the dog is ok? They are veterinarians and my dog needed to get stitches as they cut into the muscle. A true nightmare so please avoid this place. Find an other place that cares and puts the animals interest first before their own and continues to lie and completely avoid your messages. The vet bill ended up being $1,200! I am broken

Please AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEIR NEGLIGENCE CAUSED MY DOG TO GO TO URGENT CARE AND GET STITCHES. They cut a hole so deep into my dog it CUT DESP INTO THE MUSCLE. They never even bothered to call me immediately so my dog stayed there suffering and in immense pain. They simply texted me later and told me she was ready for pick up AND to take my time!!’ These people are sick and only use AI to respond to customers. SEE THE PHOTOS.

One of the best Pet Care place I have ever used! An amazing people works there and they’re doing such an amazing job there. Very affordable prices, perfect results! Very peaceful atmosphere and clean shop environment. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation. Thank you guys for an amazing experience all the time 👍

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a grooming service. They shaved my puppy completely bald WITHOUT my knowledge or permission. I specifically asked for a short haircut — NOT shaving. There is a huge difference, and they completely ignored my request. On top of that, they injured my puppy. All of his paws are scratched and irritated, and now he can barely walk. He is clearly in pain, uncomfortable, and not acting like himself at all. This is absolutely unacceptable and heartbreaking. No one contacted me to explain that shaving was "necessary" or to ask for approval. They just made this decision on their own, without any care for the dog or the owner. My puppy is now suffering because of their negligence. I would NEVER trust this place again and strongly warn everyone to stay away from this grooming service. They are careless, unprofessional, and should not be handling animals.
