I recently started exploring new grooming options after encountering some troubling experiences at my previous shop, where my dog was coming home with redness and swelling in her rear after the last two visits. It was frustrating not to know which groomer was responsible, as the staff work with different dogs each time, leaving me to address my concerns only with the receptionist. Initially, I thought the groomers were attentive, but I quickly realized that working with a rotating group of them didn’t provide the consistency my dog needed. Even when I requested gentle handling, especially around her ears and sensitive areas, it just wasn’t enough. Then I discovered Puppyland. What a game changer! They have a dedicated groomer who truly listens and takes the time to understand each dog’s unique needs. She communicates openly about how things are going and has the chance to build a rapport with the dogs she grooms. It’s clear that this personalized approach makes a big difference, and I’m so relieved to find someone who genuinely cares about my furry friend’s well-being!

This is by far the best groomer in town! My Blu is a puppy and she is so excited but Diane knew just how to deal with her! I came back and Blu was calm and clean! Blu is so thankful, happy and calm. I am so blessed to have found this place! God bless you Puppyland! May God Bless !!

We have come here multiple times and have not been disappointed. The shop is clean, quiet, and calm. We've tried two other groomers in Pasadena and this has been the best. The groomer was so nice and did exactly what we requested. We will definitely continue to come back
