Dog wash Pasco Self Service

Horrible experience. No shampoo, no towels. Water pressure is lower than my house sink. Machine stopped on me when I had just deposited $7.50. You will be disappointed if you come here. Honestly this dog wash should not be operating until they fix the issues. It’s a waste of money. Dryer is not that good either. I usually do not leave reviews but since this was a waste of money I just want to warn others. They did not refund me the $7.50 I lost in the machine.

It's more of a rinse than anything. This establishment is cheaper than other places I've gone to, but it is cheap with soap and conditioner! I recommend that if you do come here to bring your own supplies. My guys do not smell as clean as other establishments I've been to!

This place is way out in East Pasco and upon arrival it was locked up and we actually almost left because we couldn't find anyone to open it up. It is a single stall little Room with one wash station. There are no towels provided there are no aprons to keep you from getting wet which are 2 huge negatives. Also the coin operated nozzle didn't seem to put out a lot of shampoo or conditioner at all which was disappointing . But overall the price was decent it's $7.50 for 10 minutes. The Room was clean and it did get the job done for the most part. One big positive is there there is a heated air dryer which was really helpful.

I went to the dog wash, took my dog inside, paid almost $9 to get to spray my dog down with plain water.. no soap no conditioner… absolutely nothing but water and the whole time the nozzle was not attached right it was spraying water all over me. When I was done my dog just smelled like wet dog and I was soaked with water. I’ve sent a chat message 2 times and just got ignored. I also went to the pearl coffee place because the owner of the coffee shop also owns the dog wash and I told someone there about the issue and I was told to leave my number and someone would get ahold of me, and no has has ever reached out to fix this issue at all

EXPENSIVE PLACE FOR JUST WATER!!!! no shampoo no nothing!!!!! It was $5 and now it’s $7.50 for 10mins totally don’t recommend!!!

Horrendous. Unclean. No garbage. Extremely hot inside even though it was a mild upper 60's day. Exhaust fan barely worked. No water pressure (and the sprayer sprayed of of where it connects to the hose right at you). I suggest finding anywhere else than go here.

Won't go there again too much money for what you get cost me 10 bucks because there was no water pressure to rinse the shampoo off and the place I normally go has towels and higher sides on the tub because the water pressure was so bad I didn't have time to blow dry him so just had to put him in the car wet and was kind of dirty
