I had my goldendoodle groomed by Michael. Very nice guy. He did a fantastic job on his feet---very clean and neat. I gave a 3 because the cut was choppy, underbelly not shaved, tail needed to be cleaned up more and he was not brushed out nice and fluffy.
Both of my XL Cane Corso mix pups came out of the groomer smelling and feeling amazingly clean. They were in happy spirits so I know they were treated right, and their nails were nicely trimmed as well. Thanks team!
every time that I book an appointment for my dog which is usually three months, a coupon will appear on line and when I go to use it in the store they never apply it to my services. This is the third time that it has happened not happy. I love my groomer tho.
Cassie is amazing at her job!! She is literally the best groomer I have been to. She took care of my puppy well and did the exact haircut I asked for. I'm very satisfied with my visit. I would highly recommend her!
My baby came out looking super clean! A little over priced in my opinion but taking him in every so often is ok with me ! Leonel did an amazing job!
I was very disappointed in my small dogs haircut and bath then when it came to pay the bills, it was 80+ dollars you have it down that she was long hair. No her hair was quite short and I just wanted it cleaned up. I feel I was completely over And I’ve had problems there before so it’s best I just go back to PETSMART which the same thing I requested came to less than $50 thank you
I had so many setbacks, just a crazy day. We hadn’t got my pup her rabies shot yet, Chloe rescheduled me no problem and that was after I was late bc I went to the wrong Petco. She was so understanding and kind. We got pup her vaccine, day of appointment Chloe was again so helpful- Duchess was way past due grooming with very long hair. She made sure to let me know my options and did a fantastic job. She told me the benefits of regular grooming, I totally agree and we scheduled the next appointment. I am so thankful and happy we found Chloe, Pasco has a way more personable staff than the other locations. My pup looked great and it must’ve been difficult because her hair was so long and probably tangled.
