Kaylinn always does a wonderful job with my mini poodle. They are friendly and timely! Highly recommend this place. Never been disappointed in the 2+ years we've been going.

Not what I expected. Will be sticking with lucky puppy they make his doodle hair fluffy and cute and do a wayyyy better teddy bear face. Kinda bummed especially how much they charge and don’t even do his glands…

Excellent place! Clean and great groomers who really care about your pet! My dog Waffles is anxious on groom day but my favorite groomer LUIZA handles him so gently and I ask for her each time-they got a sweet relationship going now-The prices are what you expect to pay and they earn every penny of it…a great caring team-I love this location right close to Wilco and Great harvest -I stop for soup and sandwich while he’s getting groomed and Wilco has all kind of stuff for your home and animals too-This is my go to groomer every time I go there I’m so happy with how gorgeous Waffles looks! Congrats on the new Pasco location!

I’ve been taking my husky to Shannon’s Grooming for many years now, starting at their Sandifur location in Pasco, then continuing when they moved to their Richland location. I’ve always trusted them with my dog, and they’ve consistently done an amazing job. The groomers always do a great job on my husky; he comes out clean, well-groomed, and happy every time. You can really tell they care about the dogs and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Shannon’s Grooming to anyone looking for a groomer they can truly trust.
