The Nail Place

They did great! My dog was clearly nervous, but they were very careful with him and so professional. I don't know how they did it, but he stayed calm the whole time. I absolutely recommend them for getting your dogs nails done!

Went to the one on Burden. The "kid" working was friendly and quick even with our dog who hates his feet touched with a dremel. Much appreciated.

I am SO happy I found this place. I have two buns who will not let me clip their nails, and there doesn’t seem to be a single groomer who takes rabbits in the Tri-Cities. I went to The Nail Place for the first time today and the people working were so sweet and professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They clipped both bunnies’ nails quickly and painlessly. It was extremely affordable, you don’t have to make an appointment, and they even gave me a punch card 😊 I am so relieved to have found this place and will definitely be coming here every time my buns need a nail trim. I never write reviews but I just had to say something. I’ve been three times with my two dogs and 2 of those times the worker has been extremely rude and unfriendly to me AND my dog. She didn’t invite me in or even respond when I tried to make conversation. My small dog was so scared and she didn’t pet her or even speak to her the entire time or offer a treat. Probably won’t be coming back as this is our second bad experience.

Emma is meticulous and made my skiddish pups feels at ease. I usually go to the Richland location, but I was super impressed at how good their nails looked after this last visit, so I will be coming back to the Pasco location with Emma more often.

Bailey was AMAZING! She took the time to make friends with our Standard Poodle. He's kind of a brat right now but she didn't quit and just gave him treats and got to know him so he could trust her. Once in the trailer he was good! We came home dropped him off and took our other dog and he did so well! I definitely recommend The Nail Place.. much easier and convenient than making a vet call just so they can get their nails trimmed. We will be back for sure! An awesome young lady, very knowledgeable, took care of my pup. Her nails had gotten so out of hand (paw) that she recommended I bring her in every couple of weeks for maybe 6 weeks. (I guess they can't clip off too much at one time or it causes pain and bad bleeding) Then her paws will be healthy. Wow... she also cleaned my dogs ears! For what they charge I will gladly be back in 2 weeks! I love this place!
