I would give him a half a star if at all possible. So moving here from a different city has already has my pet under stress. My 77 pound shepherd mix has had some not so great experience at groomers. So I asked many questions didn’t get very good answers to. And then I made a statement about how I don’t agree with their statement of if my dog is injured at their facility they are not held liable. After making that statement via text message, I get a long paragraph message basically stating that My appointment is canceled. Then I tried calling him to get clarification and I go straight to voicemail. It seems like they would rather conduct business via Text Message and WhatsApp, then actually human conversation conversations over the telephone. Which I did have, but the lady that answered the phone kept interrupting me and wasn’t explaining things in a way that I could understand so then when I ask more questions, she seemed to get more frustrated. Speaking of WhatsApp, I sent a photo of my dog to get a rough cost estimate which I had never received.
