Petco Grooming

I had an early appointment and was a bit confused about how to enter the store. Once in the store the stylist was nice but the actual grooming was not worth $90. She was not cut properly (I had to ask her to fix her cut), she was not dry and she didn’t smell pretty. I was not impressed. At the front counter the cashier told me to ask for one of the managers, they do a better job.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else, but Monika with my dog. My boy is my second dog I have brought to her. Everyone in the salon is really great, Recently I witnessed an elderly dog coming in for a nail trim. He was very, very nervous. They all corralled around him to ease his nerves and give him love and let them do it. They are amazing!

Shannon is amazing. She has been so gentle and patient with my anxious dog that now he loves seeing his friend. He comes back exactly how I asked him to be groomed. Lovely staff. Couldn’t be happier with his grooming experience.

I was able to book an appointment within 3 days. I brought my "baby" in and they were very kind to her AND me. She was back home in about two and a half hours. They did exactly what was expected and looked adorable. I was extremely pleased

This pet store is a hidden gem! They have a great selection of supplies and the staff really know their stuff. Plus, my dog always gets excited when we visit – can't beat that!

Monika is the best! My dog and I both love her so much! She really deserves a raise and/or bonus for all that she does for her clients! SHE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND AMAZING!

Shannon is an excellent groomer. She is caring and gentle with the dogs, while giving them the best baths, trims and treatments every time. Shannon is flexible with scheduling and also takes the time to make sure she provides the services in the way pet owners would like most. We’ve been going for many years and have no need to look elsewhere.
