Critters Pet Grooming

I want to try to a new pet grooming and I took my 8 months old shia tuz up to this new place. They charged me extra for my dog bite them . In the past I took him to the pet smart grooming for a puppy trim and the groomer up there said that he was doing fine . But while he was up to this critters pet grooming and it took three grooming to take him out of the cage he bite one of them . My sandy is a sweet dog he will never bite people. I think that they did something to dog and don't want to tell me all because of the money . When I got there he was shake and scary. Im Advice to people to never take your dog there . I will not take sandy there again bad experience.

Answered the phone, politely answered my questions Set their own deadline of one hour, met their own deadline for an hour Nova definitely was not sweet to them, but they were super sweet to her So they communicate, do what they say theyre gonna do, and they love animals when animals dont love them. My dog was very upset after leaving He was terrified to go outside. Or doing anything he would normally do for 4 days. I believe he was abused at critters Hair cut was awful. I will never take him back there Beware

Critters is wonderful! I've taken my 12 year old toy poodle to many groomers over the years, but since I found Critters a few years ago I haven't taken him anywhere else! He used to be so nervous and shaken when I'd take him to other groomers, but he is always so happy and calm when I pick him up from Critters. The staff is always so kind and I trust them fully with my baby. I highly recommend!

If I could give a negative star I would. My poor dog had a awful experience. Is hair, what he has left is cut uneven. He has razor burn and a cut from the razor, from them removing some mats. They have ZERO customer service skill, of the two "women" I spoke with. Beware.

APPRECIATION POST: Kim Sellers at Critters Pet Grooming was AMAZING with Baby! I’ve NEVER picked Baby up from the groomers and she’s smiling ear to ear, wagging her tail! As some of you may know Baby is an elderly pup who suffers from anxiety. I rescued her from an abusive household 3 years ago where she suffered from cigarette burns, stab wounds, and lose skin from losing weight once I got her on a healthy diet. So as you can imagine, cutting around all of her scars and lose wrinkly skin thrown in with some anxiety can be TOUGH. She usually has uneven hair, hardly any face trimming, nicks, lose hair all over my car after picking her up and her head/ neck hair aren’t faded properly. I’ve argued and complained with other groomers to get issues fixed to get no help or effort to fix the issue. (*cough* Classy Canines Pet Grooming *cough*) Her cut by Kim at Critters Pet Grooming is FLAWLESS, nails are perfect, and best of all NO NICKS! She even faded her hair from her head to her neck perfectly! I called to check on her about 1.5 hours after I dropped her off and the staff was happy to provide an update. I have nothing but good things to say about this place!

Wayne makes sure your 1st time and everytime you're greeted with a welcoming smile. He's full of knowledge an has great charisma. My little one hasn't been groomed to my standards yet but they're continuously getting better. Your pet has its own index card so they know exactly what you'll want next time. It might be a little hole in the wall but out of all the other grooming pet salons I've used, this has become my favorite place.
