Petco Grooming

I’ve been taking my furry little girl to Petco for 10 years. I fill at ease trusting my girl to be groomed there. Katelyn is my go to lady, other staffers have done a great job grooming her as well.

It was a busy day but the grooming staff was very professional and friendly. Roxie went in for a nail trim and the groomer was very friendly and we were happy with the service.

BEWARE: They ruined my Dogs coat, I trusted they were knowledgeable with what they are doing, her hair was so soft and flowy and now because they cut it way too short it looks like wire! Not just that but her coat is now growing IMPACTED! Can’t imagine how painful and uncomfortable it must me for my dog now. Negligence is an understatement. I’m surprised this place hasn’t gotten a law suit! This is her grow out! It looks horrible, her coat is ruined beyond repair. All they could do is offer me a discount. Smh

I never get a consistent cut for my Dog. I have given notes and he never looks the same upon his return. I’m sure it’s because turnover is so great but I would really like to be happy with the $130 haircut every other month.

I had a great experience with Robyn when she took care of my dog one time. I tried to reach out to her to make a weekly standing appointment with her specifically for a bath and every 3 weeks for a nail trim. Apparently she isn't interested in having a weekly appointment. I have found another groomer who is very excited to have a guaranteed steady appointment. She said it looks good to her boss that pet owners trust her. Sorry I couldn't do future business with Robyn at Petco.

Katelyn was wonderful ! Took great care with Gatsby. He was taken back right away , staying away from the dogs. Was finished in an hour & picked up. Less stress on the cat. Thanks !

My fur baby looks great. The cut was perfect and his coat was soft and silky. Thanks for a job well done.
