PetSmart Grooming

I’ve been bringing my dog to this specific PetSmart Grooming location for the past 16 years, and until today, the service has always been satisfactory. Unfortunately, today was the experience that cost them a loyal customer. I arrived 30 minutes early at 8:30am for my appointment, something I’ve done many times before without any issue. The only team member present, Gloria, was on a personal phone call and appeared visibly annoyed by my early arrival. I apologized and simply asked if it was okay to check my dog in early. Instead of answering, she went to get her manager. The manager explained that the groomer assigned to my dog had not arrived yet and that Gloria does not groom senior dogs, and I was asked to return at 9:00am. While I fully respect that Gloria’s skill set does not include senior dogs, the situation was handled poorly. Being turned away after arriving early especially after so many years as a customer was disappointing and unnecessary. After 16 years of loyalty, I expected a more professional and accommodating interaction. This experience made it clear that my business is no longer valued, and as a result, I will not be using any PetSmart Grooming location in the future.

The service and the cut were super good, they even gave us a toy for my puppy, but 3 days later I realized that my dog had returned with fleas please be a little more careful

At one time PetSmart grooming in Pembroke Pines did a great job. Recently it has gone down hill. The last couple of times we have gone to take our dogs the ladies would complain about the dogs and not complete the service but charge for the service. Some people really should not be dog groomers. Don’t waste your time or money…

The best grooming. Our doggie is happy and looking great! They treat her with love.

They are not a specialist like they said ,they call us back to pick up our little guy because he bites went he is scare and I understand is no easy but they are supposed to be professional!! The attitude since the moment we step inside the place was wrong we felt it !! Just find someone who is happy you pet is in the building!!!
