my husky was so nervous for her first grooming here, but she came out sooo happy and she looked absolutely beautiful! they took care of her so well and the pricing was great for my large dog. I even spoke to other customers to see how they liked grooming their pets here before our session and even they said they loved it. I will keep bringing my husky here happily. We’ve been going to this specific WoofGang since she was a puppy. They always do an amazing job. We’ve been to other locations and she is always terrified to go in. But at this specific location she runs right in. The owner is amazing and all his employees always treat us like family. We moved 30 minutes further then before and I still make this drive because I know she will be well taken care of and always look her best! She is also a big fan of their treats and bones.

I absolutely love bringing Bambi and Hermione here for grooming. The staff is always welcoming, gentle, and very professional. I can tell they take real pride in their work and truly care about every animal that walks through the door. The grooming process typically takes about two hours, and my dogs always look phenomenal afterward. The pricing is more than fair, especially for the quality and consistency. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs!

We have used their services in the past but this time around the experience was not the same. I think they are getting too busy that it’s affecting the quality. A 45 min service took 3 hours. They gave us a heads up and we accommodated. That led to us changing our schedules to drive back and forth to pick up the dog. I was a few mins late to pick up the dog and was charged an additional fee. Unless we asked for the receipt and inquired about it we would have not known. The rep added it without any notice or heads up. It wouldn’t be a problem but it’s the principle of not making us aware of extra charges. We were flexible with their changes but they couldn’t give us any courtesy. Then we got home and our dog was parched. Minimal expectation is that our pet will be taken care of and at least given some water. It makes me think they were so busy those 3 hours they couldn’t even provide some water to our dog. Very disappointed. You should definitely look at the other reviews - they all have similarities - not the best customer service from the rep or management. Very little client care.

I can’t say enough good things about this grooming team! They are truly the best. They’re patient, caring, gentle, and always make my dog feel safe and loved. Every visit, my pup leaves looking adorable, smelling amazing, and wagging that tail nonstop. Thank you for always taking such great care of my fur baby!

Vickie has been taking care of our beloved Lola for over 3 years, and we can’t imagine trusting anyone else. I booked an appointment and drove 30 minutes to this location, only for the groomer to come out and say she couldn’t do it because she "didn’t know he was this big." They specifically ask for weight and breed when booking.. my dog is 21 pounds and a mini Goldendoodle, so I was already upset from the start. His face was shaved, and his forehead and ears were left fluffy, something I never requested. If there was any language barrier or confusion, I expected them to ask for clarification rather than freestyle a haircut. My dog was also returned to me 30 minutes after closing, even though the appointment was quoted one hour and took two hours. I called back asking for some form of compensation for the miscommunication and the completely incorrect haircut. The manager refused, insisting the haircut "looked good to him" and told me to "ask for something else next time," even though the issue was that they didn’t follow the request in the first place. He also incorrectly claimed that Goldendoodles aren’t hypoallergenic, something a manager should absolutely know. The staff doing bookings is new, the groomer didn’t follow instructions, and management dismissed my concerns instead of taking accountability. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
