Loyal Paws Pet Grooming

Jess is great. Not only is an awesome groomer, but she also helps find pups homes. We got both of our dogs from her. The first as a small puppy and the second a few months later when we had the first one groomed.

We decided to try this grooming place since it was conveniently close to our home. My dad brought our toy poodle in for grooming, as we usually take him to a groomer that's 30 minutes away. Unfortunately, this place did not live up to expectations. First off, they put soap directly into one of his eyes during the grooming, which of course caused him to be uncomfortable. Despite that, they still charged us the an extra $25, claiming the reason was that he "moved a lot." Well, no wonder—who wouldn’t move if soap got in their eye? The next day, his eye was even more swollen and nearly shut. It was clear that something went wrong. We’re extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of care for our pet. Definitely won’t be bringing him back here again. Would not recommend

Took my two small dogs here for grooming and was very pleased with our experience, she took good care of them. Was not overpriced and very friendly. My dogs seemed to like her too. 🙂

Our German Shepherd was so well cared for. She came out looking & feeling so soft & clean. The de-shed treatment has been amazing! Customer service was friendly & they did a wonderful job. Definitely making regular appointments!

Jess did an amazing job with my pup once again! She has been our family dog groomer for many years and has never disappointed. Don't hesitate to take your pup here! She takes her time in gaining the pups trust so they are not scared of their first time grooming experience. Love it here!

We are extremely happy with Benz’s and Cowboy’s new do. It was Benz first hair cut since our daughter wouldn’t let anyone groom him. She was thrilled to see how wonderful he looked. We are definitely bringing them back . Thank you,Jess !!
