We found Sally’s Paw after meeting some of their staff at a restaurant—everyone was so friendly and clearly enjoyed working together. Our previous groomer retired, so we gave Sally’s a try and it’s been fantastic. Benji is amazing with our pup, Lucy—so kind and gentle every time. Highly recommend Sally’s Paw: locally owned, super affordable, and well worth it.

We’ve been working with Benji for a couple of months now and while the grooming has been excellent I’ve really appreciated her patience and positive attitude with my puppy Phoebe. Phoebe can be a little anxious but Benji’s willingness to work with her has been reassuring, and her flexibility in "tweaking" her cuts to find the best fit for Phoebe and I’s lifestyle has also been great. Thank you Benji! ☺️🐶

This was our first time at a groomer and we had the best experience! Our dog is a 5 month old puppy and she was treated so well during her visit. Sally’s creates a calm, safe, and fun environment for the dogs in their care. We will definitely be back! 💕

We were recommended this spa because of its high ratings and multiple reviews claiming they work well with anxious dogs. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. We gave this place three chances, and every visit was disappointing. The first two times, my dog left looking like he barely received a haircut at all, yet I was charged $115 each time (not including gratuity). There was little to no noticeable grooming done, which was frustrating but we decided to give them one last try. For the third visit, I specifically requested a buzz cut since the previous cuts clearly weren’t sufficient for my dog’s maintenance needs. About two hours into the appointment, I received a call saying my dog was "highly anxious" and that they could not finish the groom. When I arrived, I was shocked—only two of his legs had been cut, poorly, and my dog was visibly distressed. Despite barely grooming him at all, they still attempted to charge me half the price of a full groom and suggested that I medicate my dog with anxiety medication before returning. For a business that has many reviews on being skilled with anxious dogs, this is unacceptable and irresponsible. Between the excessive pricing, lack of results, and how this situation was handled, I will never return and would strongly caution others—especially those with anxious pets—to look elsewhere.

Sally’s is the best! My lil boy always looks amazing when he leaves there! The environment is comfortable for the dogs in one room, and they can roam around if friendly with other dogs. My dog is anxious and she handles him so well! And he’s more comfortable here than at any other groomer I’ve been to

Such a hidden gem. Sally is honest, polite, and humble. Her service is beyond amazing. It is our puppy's second time and he always leaves a very happy camper. Sally is professional and very skilled at her craft. Her demeanor and quality of service takes all of our worries away. She gives us very clear time frames of when to drop off our puppy and accurate groom time which allows me to plan my work day accordingly. I would highly recommend Sally's service to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Sally’s Paw Spa! Benji took the time to thoroughly review my grooming preferences before the appointment, ensuring everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind, and my Golden Retriever was comfortable throughout the process. When I picked him up, he was relaxed and waiting. He looked absolutely beautiful—I had forgotten what he was supposed to look like! Lol. Highly recommend Sally’s Paw Spa for anyone looking for a caring and professional grooming service!
