The Groomin Room

I took my cat for here for her first ever groom. She's a Himalayan mix and has long hair. I asked for a dry bath and to have her hair trimmed all around especially around her butt area. I made it clear that I did not want her to be shaved down. When we picked her up she looked absolutely ridiculous and shaved down & uneven. I asked them why they shaved her after I asked them specifically not to and the front desk woman just kept saying we talked about about a teddy bear cut(we did not). Even though I specifically told her, I do not want my cat shaved down and after asking her about it she was just trying to gaslight me saying that's what I asked for. I would never go here again. And the only thing they said to me was basically that they don't know what to tell me. These are pictures of my cat before and how stupid she looks after because they couldn't follow direction of what I asked for. They also charged us a $7 fee to use our debit card which I'm pretty sure businesses are not allowed to do.

First time here and the staff was amazing! The ladies at the front were really nice and took time to explain things to me. I didn’t meet my groomer in person but her name is Sarah and she did an amazing job! I definitely will be returning

We’ve been bringing our cat here for the past two years for trims and dry baths, since she cannot tolerate wet baths. She’s always been a floofy cat, and her coat was just starting to grow back in nicely, all she needed was a routine trim as usual. Instead, we were handed back our cat shaved down in a full lion cut. The front desk admitted that the groomer mistook her for another cat and even gave her a wet bath (which we specifically avoid due to her not liking them at all), and then told us they were giving it to us "for free" because of the mix-up. When they showed her to us, they said she looked "good," but compared to how she looked just two hours earlier, this shave was completely unnecessary. We’re heading into colder weather, and since yesterday she’s been showing behavior changes because she’s clearly uncomfortable, she’s essentially naked and cold. No apology was offered, and we were still expected to pay for the service. We didn’t want to cause a scene in front of other customers, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. In the past, there were a couple of times when her trim was shorter than expected, but at least she still had her coat, we let those go. This time, however, was our last straw. I’m sharing this to warn other cat owners who may be considering this place. Mistakes like this can really impact your pet’s comfort and well-being.

We were recommended to the grooming room as a back up when our normal groomer wasn't available (by our groomer.) They were friendly from the time they answered the phone to make the appointment all the way to I picked up my puppers to leave ☺️, they got her hair cut spot on to what I wanted which I have to say is a first for an actual groomers, which is why went to a private groomer. All in all, I'd definitely come back if I needed another groomer again without hesitation, they weren't much more expensive then what I normally pay so I wasn't breaking the bank either unlike PetSmart.

First time we took our dog here and they were great! She looked amazing afterwards and they took great care of her while there!

Was able to get squeezed into a day-of appointment just a few days before christmas. It was the first time our pit was taken to the groomer, and we had a fantastic experience!! Recieved a very happy, handsome man afterwards - with perfectly trimmed nails!! Extremely affordable with skilled groomers, definitely would recommend and will be returning in the future.

I highly recommend I've been taking my dog here for many years they're the best. Ask for Rachel she's the only one I trust with him.
