Petco Grooming

So my dog had an appointment for grooming in this location. I was told if a walk in comes in they would stop what their doing and crate my dog and work on the walk in. If I don't want that to happen I would have to pay an additional priority fee of 20.00. Someone tell me if that makes sense! What the point of scheduling an appointment then! What a scam. Took my dog and left.

Sorry to say the change in groomers over the last 2 months has been very disruptive. Hopefully the newest groomer will stay. It took longer but my dogs did get good nail trims.

Wonderful groomer! She, Krissy (sp?) did an amazing job of getting the trust of Benji so she could cut his horrible mess of hair. He’s a Yorkshire so his hair was a total mess. Thanks!

Chrissy is the best! She cares for your pet and listens to your requests while trying to accommodate as best she can! Highly recommended~

Brought our dog in for a bath/dry, deshedding treatment and more. He was not ready completely ready 4.5 hours later at the estimated pick up time. He was still damp, and still shedding a lot, which is a first as we have had this same package done for him at other Petco Grooming locations before and it was always done properly and within 2 hours or less. The groomer was also swearing at a dog they were currently handling and being aggressive with them. Our poor dog also came home and drank half a bowl of water (very unusual for him). Our dog is at least cleaned and had his nails done, but we will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed with the services provided and care of our sweet boy.

Jacob is the most patient and wonderful person ever! Thank you for taking care of Beauty. I know she can be a nightmare, but you never make me feel that way. You are brilliant!!!
