I switched here after taking my pittie to Pet Smart for 2 years. My dog has really long quick and I felt they were never trimmed close enough. After my girls first visit here, her nails look so good! She smells amazing and is so soft. I was happy to not pick up a wet, smelly dog for once! Will be coming here monthly for her and my puppy.
What a great place for my pup's spa day of grooming! I can always get a last minute appointment, the staff is always helpful and courteous. They have a huge selection of toys and treats, clothes, otc medicines and beds at reasonable prices. My boy always looks handsome and smells fresh. The grooming menu includes spa treatments like oatmeal baths, nail grinding, deodorizing, luxury fragrances, bows and bananasand much more that I can't remember. My pup is in and home in 3 hours so he isn't sitting in a kennel half the day. Saturday hours! Highly recommend!
I absolutely love everything about this place. And so does my dog. Everyone there is so kind the prices are so reasonable. I would never take my dog anywhere else 10 out of 10 I recommend.
Our ‘pup’ is 15 years old and she (and her owners) are new-again to Pittsburgh — so so so happy to have found Pampered Pet…they treated our very senior pup with incredible TLC.
They do such a good job grooming my dog and it is always very easy to get an appointment!

hello! my name is dakota, and my baby is cinder! we just went in awhile ago to see if they had a brand of cat food, rawz, and they didn’t. but that’s okay! we got weruva cat food instead. but, everyone here was super nice. the staff were fantastic, easy to talk too. the customers were also very nice and easy to start a convo with. the variety of stuff was small but you could tell they picked their stuff carefully because everything there was decent to high quality foods. foods that put real meat first, and that what matters to me. we will definitely be back!
