Petco Grooming

My dog, Shelley, needed to have her nails trimmed and buffed. Sarah has worked with her before and the trim/buff was quick and well done. Sarah is very professional and a very warm employee. Shelley is not a fan of having her nails cut, but Sarah works well with her.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely unhappy and will never have my dog groomed here again. I asked to keep my dogs length I didn’t want her shaved all the way down. Wanted her face just cleaned up not short at all and she came out looking completely different. So unhappy I just wanted to cry when I saw her. Then I was overcharged. Charged for a long hair cut when she’s a short hair dog, was charged and extra $24 for extra things on top that I did not book and did not ask for. When I got rang out I was charged the $24 extra twice and the person at the register only refunded me $14. Pictures show my pup before and after. Definitely not what I asked for.

I can't thank the grooming staff enough for what they did for my pet, Tucker, and me yesterday. I recently found out that my dog has terminal cancer, and wanted to give him one last grooming session. I was nervous because a couple of his annual vaccinations just expired, but we obviously aren't going to vaccinate him at this time. My only hope was that they would let me keep the appointment. They did. When I returned, Tucker was the most handsome version of himself. They upgraded some of the package and when I went to pay, they had taken care of the bill for me. I was completely in shock. I was not expecting something like that, at all, but especially from a "big box" store. I can't express how much this means to me and my family. I will forever be a customer. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. You have made a huge impact on me and my family by extension. Thank you for being amazing humans.

Staff was great, only one small flaw—each of the three dogs did not have their ears scissor trimmed. I hoped for a sharp defined line on their ears.

Our groomer Rachel was very kind and gentle with our senior dog. She was also very knowledgeable in helping us decide what would suit Mitzi best for grooming

The girls here are so wonderful. They really go out of their way to treat your fur baby with the utmost kindness. Even when you have one like mine who is big, anxious, scared, loud, and obnoxious. I don't go anywhere else to have my German Shepherds Nails trimmed.

Sammi has always been very good with my dog. She knows how to calm her down. I love the way she cuts her.
