Mary was quick to respond to my message, got the appointment next day for my two dogs. They did such a wonderful job. I will be recommending to my friends and family!

They are very reasonably priced, fast, and they do a really great job with the grooming! Our dogs always seem happy there and not stressed when we pick them up.

I have been a loyal customer of Buddy’s Pet Grooming for over three years, but after my most recent experience, I will never return. Two weeks ago, while I was away on vacation, my boyfriend brought my dog in for his usual grooming. Shortly after, my mom FaceTimed me and showed me my dog’s haircut — he had three fresh bald spots. When I returned home and examined him myself, it was clear he had razor burn. I immediately called Buddy’s Pet Grooming, but the woman I spoke with insisted my dog "only got a wash" and denied that he had even received a haircut. Not only was this untrue, but she refused to take any accountability. I have photos of my dog taken just days before the appointment showing his fur in perfect condition, and both my veterinarian and multiple professional groomers have since confirmed the marks are razor burn. What makes this worse than the injury itself is the dishonesty and lack of accountability. Mistakes can happen, but to deny it and try to pass it off as a "hot spot" — when my dog’s skin was perfectly fine before — is unacceptable. Because of their negligence, my dog’s coat is now uneven, damaged, and had to be completely shaved down. It is heartbreaking that after years of trusting this business with my pet, this is how the situation was handled. Customers deserve honesty, responsibility, and care — none of which I received.

Angel is so kind, I am handicapped it is difficult to get my dog out of the car so he meets me outside and Carrie's my fur baby in and back out to me when I get her nails clipped. Great price too!

I specifically asked the guy if he can trim my dogs hair, not a shaved cut and he did the opposite. My sister even showed him a picture of the hairstyle look for our dog and this is what they did…. So upsetting. He also has a razor burn/rash. Never again.

Buddy's Pet Grooming is amazing. We highly recommend Ari. She does a great job, is super friendly, and our pups love going. Brownie requires extra work for her type of hair, and she comes home looking gorgeous! Gus has special needs because he is a doxy (long back), and Ari takes special care of his long back and his shy temperament. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I was able to schedule a same day appointment for my dog. They were able to do a Haircut only unlike other groomers that do not provide that option. The staff was friendly and did a great job on a short length haircut 😊
