Sonia was so lovely! Made us and our baby girl Rumi, very comfortable from the get go. We were a little nervous, as it was her first time at a groomer, but Sonia did a great job of evening out Rumi's coat and blending it, to keep her cool for the warmer months!

just moved to plantation and tried this groomer for the first time! and we have found a new home for all grooming needs!! and the price is something that cannot be matched anywhere else!! When you walk in there, you are family… Sonia is the most funny caring and loving person to leave your fur baby with.. he left so happy! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

I rescued a beautiful 10 yr old cat who was living outside when her owners moved and abandoned her. She’s a longer hair cat and had severe mats on her belly. Sonia was so wonderful and patient with her. My baby definitely got spicy with her but Sonia handled it with grace and empathy. She had no choice but to shave her given the severity of the mats. She looks like a little lioness now while we wait for her beautiful fur to regrow. My baby & I were treated like family from the minute that I stepped through her front door. She gained a furever cat client when my girl needs a spa day.

Absolutely 5 stars! I couldn’t be happier with the grooming service for my dogs, Gin and Tonic. They look and smell amazing, and you can truly see the attention to detail in her work. But what impressed me the most is the genuine care and love she has for pets. She treats Gin and Tonic like they’re her own, making sure they feel comfortable and safe the entire time. As a pet owner, that means everything to me. She is also incredibly kind and respectful to owners, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for someone who not only does a beautiful job but truly cares about animals, this is the place. Highly recommend!

They accommodated my Shih Tzu Shiloh last minute when I called around in the area and other pet groomers was appointment only or walks in end at 12.. however I arrived there 12:30 they took good care of my puppy and left him smelling good. The staff is very nice and friendly, I can tell she enjoys what she does and it’s genuine because she even offered to trim my pup face and make it match it body. Also recommended me a product to help with marking in my home, excited to try. Thanks again. We will be back.

I took into this establishment a Samoyed earlier this week and came to understand he was dealing with a severely matted undercoat. As a first time pet owner who took in the dog unplanned and out of the blue just months ago, I really didn’t know what I was dealing with as I tried to tend to his fur myself at home. It is possible the dog was never brushed while with the previous owner over the span of 3 years. I’m only able to consider this to be the case because of the sincerity and honesty that was expressed to me as I explained to the establishment owner that I lacked knowledge and experience as a pet owner. She was direct, clear, vibrant, and personable as she explained that the best option for the situation was the complete removal of the first and second coat of a pup that looked like a giant white furry ball. I understood after her advisement that shaving the dog was probably best for his sake more than for looks after being provided with insight. I can only imagine how trapped his skin must have felt all this time after such a thick layer of tangled hair. The team here did their best to work with a dog that needed more attention than he has probably ever been shown in this area. I’m very grateful to better understand what caring for a Samoyed should be like, I’m thankful to see with greater clarity what HIS experience must have been like up until taking him into this place of business, and I’m excited to think his quality of life will increase in comfort because of the patience, knowledge, experience, and rationalizing of a person that knew it was more valuable for everyone involved to educate me as a pet owner rather than just take my money because it was there. So happy with the experience, truly. Looking forward to bringing the little one back in during the time to come. Highly recommended for those seeking business and care with professionals who think about more than just the money as they keep in mind they’re dealing with a living breathing family that deserves genuine consideration.
