A happy first-time customer here. Even though the place does not appear fancy, the owner certainly delivers fantastic results. I am very happy with the haircut and would visit again. Update: now a regular of Michael’s place, I am happy and so is my dog.

I understand he's a one man show but his practice of dropping off your dog/dogs at 9am and leaving them in a crate or stall until he "gets to them" is just unacceptable to me. Most of the time he wouldn't call for the pick up until 3:30-4:00. That's at least 5 hrs stuck in one place. I stopped bringing my two small dogs there after he grabbed my 11yr old, 7lb teacup poodle out of her carrier by her paw rather aggressively. I couldn't believe it.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a pet groomer. My dogs jumped in a muddy Creek and he made time for my dogs to get bathed. stayed beyond his normal hours to help me out and such a good value.

Mike is the best! my shiatsu is 15 and whiney, hates baths to the point she screens about it. I voiced my concerns about him being gentle with her and I was heard. My shiatsu comes back just as happier then I left her. It's worth my 30 min drive from hayward

My animal was there for 8 hours and they did not take them to the bathroom or give them water. Poor baby peed for 3 minutes and drank two bowls of water. That is no way to treat our animals. NOT GOING BACK. Very disappointed.
