I had a great experience with Cookie Paws. This was my first mobile groomer experience and it was honestly super convenient. Highly surprised by some of the reviews I’ve seen. The owner Mrs. Tracey was very pleasant and took great care of my 3 year old golden doodle Teddy. It took about an hour for her to groom him and I loved the results. Teddy’s fur was fluffy and tangle free, shiny, and smelt like Christmas lol! Sounds like to me some people dogs are not properly behaved, so what can you expect when your fur baby is getting groomed? She’s human and regardless of her profession needs to protect herself. I don’t think it’s right to bash someone’s business for the poor training YOU did with your pup. Save Mrs. Tracey the stress if you know your dog is an asshole and take them somewhere else, she is a lovely lady. I will definitely be booking with her again.
