Paws Required

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve been bringing our two fur babies, a 9-year-old Dachshund/Wire Terrier mix and a 2-year-old Papillon, to Paws Required for about 1.5 years, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is always friendly, caring, and treats our dogs like family. We especially love the Thera-Clean treatments, which have kept their skin and coats healthy and looking great. The best part? When we arrive, both of my dogs literally pull me into the store because they’re so excited to be there! That alone tells me everything I need to know about how well they’re treated. Highly recommend Paws Required to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about their pets! 🐾❤️

Catherine is truly the best groomer I’ve ever taken Charlie to. Every single visit, he comes out looking absolutely adorable !!! she somehow makes him even cuter than he already is. You can tell she genuinely cares about him, and she always recommends what’s best for his coat, comfort, and overall health. Her attention to detail and her kindness make such a difference. I trust her completely with my little guy, and I’m so grateful to have found her. Rene also rocks, she is always so sweet over the phone and get him in quickly for his next appointments!

UPDATE. GROOMER CALLS BACK just to defend why no apologies and tried to state Luna was extremely matted. I have before pics. She was not Luna has been acting itching all day and she really got butchered from this. She has razor burn. She has been extremely sore and I have 3 people that state she was not matted to have had such a shave done (a few spots only). Her ears, Instead of rounding them, they were cut into a triangle and like I’ve never seen before, misshapen and uneven! She’s had 2 other groomers before. Been shaved several times. Her first she was extremely matted from the shelter after I got her but even then the cut was more professional looking than this. She is irritated from being shaved so close, can’t sit without popping back up. There was no reason for this. When someone called to ask about cutting her ears , I stated try to keep them as long as possible. Instead, they look ridiculous and I feel cut way shorter than needed! Also I said trim under her chin and keep that short, that was left longer and one side is longer. Seriously, this is how you cut a first time customers dog? Luna has been very distraught after today and she’s a sweet dog. My mom, friend, and myself have pictures of her from other groomers and today. This by far looks awful and unprofessional. I’d like a refund and I won’t come back.

Two pics first are Luna before this groomer. Second two are after using Paws Required. Luna looks a mess. Chopped up and they were not apologetic and the poor dog is having irritation issues, can’t sit. They called after my first review, she was kirt, unapologetic, and zero accountability stating no refund and she did her job. DO NOT use their services. If they have no sympathy , think about your pets. This was not professional of them in any way, before or after. Luna was not matted for this type of cut at all and claim her ears were cut this way because she’s a terrier! lol Luna is no part terrier and they asked when dropped off if she was Shih Zhu. I said she’s a Coton De Tulear but guess that’s her excuse for doing a chop job on Luna’s ears. They even called and I said keep her ears as long as possible and feel like she did this on purpose I feel at the very least a refund would b professional but clearly there is no reasoning with an unprofessional person /business.

We had such a great experience with Theraclean for our dog. Our dog struggles with really bad allergies and constant itching, after the treatment we noticed a huge improvement in his skin and comfort level. The staff was incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. His coat looked amazing and he seemed so much happier afterwards. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with allergy issues in their pets!

Absolutely amazing experience at Paws Required! My cat, Leo, had a full haircut and spa day, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He looks so clean, soft, and handsome—and most importantly, he came home calm and happy. Mrs. Catherine was gentle, patient, and clearly very experienced with cats. From start to finish, Paws Required made the entire process completely stress-free. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness toward pets truly stand out. It’s hard to find groomers who do cats this well. This place is a true gem. Highly recommended!
