Petco Grooming

I recently brought my puppy Toby to Petco for grooming with Connor, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! It was the day before Toby’s first birthday, so I wanted him to look his absolute best—and Connor went above and beyond to make that happen. From the moment we arrived, Connor was calm, patient, and incredibly kind with Toby. It was clear he genuinely loves animals and takes pride in his work. Toby can be a bit wiggly, but Connor handled him so gently and made him feel completely at ease. The end result was perfect—Toby’s trim was exactly how I envisioned it! Every detail was spot on, and his coat looked soft, clean, and beautifully shaped. I’ve had Toby groomed before, but this was by far the best experience and the best cut he’s ever had. I truly appreciated Connor’s professionalism, skill, and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and caring groomer who listens to what you want and delivers amazing results. Connor was great and gave my pup, who had an injury, extra special care. He asked thoughtful questions and made sure that my dog was supported and comfortable during his grooming appointment.

I love Petco my Bentley loves walking around the store and when it’s time for his grooming all I have to say is Callie’s name he absolutely loves her and she does a great job on him wouldn’t want anyone else to take care of Bentley!!!

I just have to share how amazing Connor has been with my dog, Pepper. Every single visit, Connor greets us with such kindness and a calm, professional demeanor that immediately puts me at ease. Pepper can be a little nervous before grooming, but Connor always takes the time to make her feel safe and comfortable. One moment that really stood out was when Pepper was trembling before her appointment. Instead of rushing, Connor knelt down, spoke to her in the gentlest voice, and gave her reassuring pats until she relaxed completely. That level of patience and care is rare and shows how much Connor truly loves animals. Not only does Pepper leave looking fantastic every time, but the whole experience is stress-free because Connor creates such a positive environment. First time for having our Pomeranian Chloe groomed. She looks good. The groomer did a fantastic job.

Awful! The groomer (Jackie) looked like she hated my dog the entire time ( I have a very vocal Basset Hound Puppy). It was my puppy’s first experience at the groomer, she cut him on one of his testicles, not sure how… and gave him back to me completely wet.

Connor did a wonderful job dealing with my grouchy old pup Bentley. We will definitely be back for our next cut with Bentley’s new buddy Connor.
