Typically I have had great experiences at this location however our two experiences with Yazzmin C grooming our dogs have been horrendous. She does not listen to the documented notes and our "teddy bear" bichon mix is now fully shaved to the skin including his ears and tail. In the notes it clearly stated and was discussed in person that his tail and ears were to be left longer, his face cut rounded, and the body shaved down. When we arrived he was fully shaven with uneven, choppy cuts along with random long areas that were clearly missed. We also had an uneven cut and incorrect lengths with our goldendoodle. Do not trust Yazzmin C with your dog, she will do a horrible job.
Terrible customer service and the associate refused to check for the hamster that the website said they had.
