Bow Wow Grooming AKA Amber is the only place/person we take our three pups and kitty cat too! We have two pups that are nervous and Amber calms them with not only her general demeanor but the soothing oils she uses. We have one pup that is highly reactive and Amber is so patient and calm with him during the grooming process. My elder long haired cat, C. Montgomery Burns "Monty", is a handful to say the least. Amber is the only one we trust with our grumpy old man. Amber is honest, professional, super knowledgeable, and an all around awesome person. Highly recommended!

Amber saved the day for me recently, as I had experienced some personal health issues and it truly was an emergency for my dog needing an overhaul as I’d been sick and there’d been some neglect as to her needing a grooming. It was very embarrassing because my health issues had gotten in the way but I needed help and without batting an eyelash, Amber stepped right in. Navigating through a couple mishaps on my part and missing an appointment, when most would have just written off, Amber was understanding and extremely patient and above and beyond kind. My Shih-Tzu is elderly at 16.5 years old and still ornery as hell, but in her later years has become too vocal when groomed and Amber did the best she could despite it all and I still was happy with the results, I just felt so bad about the entire situation. Amber’s kindness and professionalism helped smooth over the anxiety somewhat and I cannot thank her enough for what she did to help me. Hands down, she absolutely loves animals and is whipsmart with advice. My elder dog has had a spring in her step ever since and it also was a motivating factor for myself. Sometimes when life overwhelms you and I you’ve never been in that situation and a little lost, a person showing kindness and help can be a factor as you heal. I’m very grateful.

Amber is amazing with our anxious dog and gives excellent advice! Recently she suggested fish oil to pump on our GSP’s food to rehydrate her coat and paws and within days it worked like a charm.

Amber was fantastic! She took extra care with my pugs and went above and beyond with their nail trims. I get much less elsewhere for a higher price. Amber even helped me look for my phone and offered to waive her fee after realizing my phone had been stolen during my commute to her shop. This was my first visit to Bow Wow and will continue bringing my dogs there! I’ve even referred her to family and friends.

Amber is the best! My little 15 year old rat terrier, Shadow, is a real grumpy old man, but Amber won him over and now he loves to go get his nails trimmed.
