Awesome experience definitely will go back to her. We called that same day. She was able to get us in and she worked late to do it. We have a fat, sassy French bulldog most likely complained the entire time they did the work (she’s very opinionated) and a sweet big Boxer. (He just goes with the flow but supper shy). know they were a lot of work. Doggie Designs did an awesome job to help to keep our dogs from being stinky.🥰 not only did they work extra late to get it done but they didn’t smell like a perfumed wet dog they actually smelled CLEAN!! There wasn’t one bit of stink on these guys my husband noticed it right away. They smell good but not perfume where you choke because it’s too strong. Thank you for that.too😊. 5/5. We will be using Doggie Designs again.

LOVE IT HERE! We have been going here for a while now. I absolutely love Erica and her team. They are very nice, respectable and they treat animals great. They always do such a good job giving our poodle mixes the best haircuts. Even if we moved I would travel to come here. Thank you Erica for always doing such a phenomenal job! 🙂

Erica is seriously amazing! I would drive an hour to come here if I had to! Cuts are flawless and customer service is absolutely amazing! Our dog is extremely soft and smells amazing! It has to be this good if a dude takes his time to write a review for a dog haircut place! Thanks guys!

0 stars. Absolutely ridiculous that it took all day, they shouldn’t over book themselves. I have had my dog out west and it takes about 2 hours to get her done. I don’t recommend this place at all, not even if it is convenient. My golden doodle was not matted, they just don’t know how to cut doodles so they decide to shave them. They also told me she would be done about 5:30-6 and it was 7:22 when I got her. I didn’t know this would be a whole day event…definitely shouldn’t take this long. First the lady told me it would be $87.50 then she said $97.50 and told me that their square was down…so then I had to run to atm to get cash and come back and then the total was $95. Make it make sense.

The person who took ownership of this place has ruined it. They take way too long and keep your dog until after hours sometimes and then get upset when you ask questions. This is a groomer not a kennel. I do not expect to drop my pup off at 11am for an appointment and have to call because it’s after 7pm and they are closed still working on it. Terrible business and terrible time management. Absolutely no regard for customer service. Then she lied about closing the business after I asked why they take so long. Would absolutely not recommend. Very unprofessional.

The owner here is the best with animals. She has worked as a groomer since she was young. Her shop is her main priority and has had clients follow her from place to place and some that live very far away. They all try very hard to do the best job they can and try to get dogs done in a timely manner. Ive worked as a bather there several times, and never seen a bad job on any of the dogs.

I had an appointment for a grooming which I had called a couple of weeks ahead to verify. I asked if I could either change the appointment or be able to drop her off early as I had another appointment to go to. They told me to drop her off when they opened. I showed up and waited 20 minutes past the time they said to arrive. I called and left a message as no one was there. It turns out they were closed that day and had two opportunities prior to the appointment to let me know. They have never returned my call or apologized.
