first time customer today! we have a wooly (super fluffy) husky girl named Rori. 1)- I walked in a couple weeks ago and unfortunately they said they were fully booked but after learning my dogs breed (husky) they willingly agreed to take an extra client to accommodate me. 2) super nice group of ladies and they were super sweet to my pup! Our girl rori came back feeling and looking AMAZING! I was not expecting a different dog to come home. She looked so good and they went above and beyond a bath and nail trim. They trimmed my pups paw pads and extremely long leg hair, knots behind her ears, and her butt hair. We are so pleased with megs savvy grooming. Such great attention to detail at a very affordable price. Cannot recommend them enough

Best pet grooming experience we've ever had! Love the cozy boutique atmosphere, right in the heart of Powell. So friendly, my dog did not want to leave when she was done. We've used multiple groomers over the years with my other dogs, including mobile groomers. This is the first time my dog actually enjoyed the groomer and wanted to stay. Also very reasonably priced.

Both me and my dog Pancake are always happy with his grooming here!! And the bowties they send him home in are adorable!

I absolutely adore this grooming salon. They're very quick to respond and are flexible with scheduling. My cocker spaniel always comes home looking so fresh and exactly how I ask them to cut him. He loves coming here too and getting him semi-consistent grooming has made maintaining him at home so much easier. The groomers are so sweet and make sure they listen

I have a senior Cockapoo (15) who is difficult to groom. Her back legs are going out, and she has cysts all over her body. She also is anxious and really doesn’t like her face done. Even though she has been groomed every six weeks all her life, it still causes anxiety in her. I was having trouble finding someone to groom her and my vet helped me find Megan. She did a fabulous job with a difficult dog. Lucy came out from her bath in her arms and I felt the care she gave my dog. I am so grateful and impressed with this salon. Lucy has been four other places in her fifteen years and this is by far the most caring, talented place she has been. So happy we found Megan!

Our dogs looked fantastic! Our Maltese had a great groom and our Adopted dog was so soft and looks handsome in his bandanna. Thank you!

Everything about our visit was incredible. The location, scheduling, price, service, and time to groom was all reasonable if not better. My dogs always have their issues with being kenneled or groomed but Megan instilled a confidence in me that they would be well-cared for. I can tell you that your dog will look, smell, and feel amazing after their visit. I would recommend this groomer to anyone even roughly in the Columbus area.
