PetSmart Grooming

Our experience in this particular PetSmart felt more like an interrogation rather than what could of been an informative outing. We were not greeted with kindness, we had to track an employee down while the manager was talking casually to people adopting out dogs. We received a sharp and negative tone. She automatically assumed we were purchasing 1 feeder mouse. When we was inquiring about adopting a male mouse as a companion for our male mouse. She immediately told us no we would need a separate cage. However, PetSmart houses multiple male mice at all locations in the same cages??? Make that make since? I give this store 2 stars and it's only for cleanliness. Service is horrid.

They're great! Always loving on our dog Bane and he eats it up! They're a nice and friendly group of people. They do a great job with Bane even though he has issues "sometimes" with the dryer. They always let us know details of his visit and if anything occurs during the grooming. They groom Bane exactly as my wife asks and he always looks great! We gladly recommend the grooming services to anyone that asks us or may need a groomer.

They did the BEST job with our pup at her grooming appointment. We have a Mini Bernese Mountain Dog, she is long haired and they did perfect and made her look so pretty!

I went there for a special kind of cat food. The employees were very helpful and kind. We didn't find the exact food I needed, but they helped me find the closest to it. They were friendly and very helpful.

They have little bit of everything for any kind of pet
